Important information to help ensure a smooth boarding experience for you and your pet
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours
Reservations Required: Please book in advance to guarantee a spot.
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
After-Hours Service: After-hours pick-up is available upon request for an additional $25 fee.
Health & Safety
Vaccinations Needed: All dogs must be up-to-date on:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Medical Needs: Let us know about any medications or health issues.
What to Bring
- Food: Bring your dog's regular food to avoid tummy troubles (premium food is available for purchase)
- Bedding & Toys: Optional—familiar items can help your dog feel at home
- Medications: Clearly labeled with instructions ($5 fee per administration)
Daily Routine
- Feeding: Twice daily (or as requested)
- Exercise: Multiple outdoor playtimes and walks
- Social Time: Dogs may interact with others if temperament allows
Additional Important Information
Payment & Cancellation
- Reservations are recommended in advance
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $25 charge
Safety & Security
Our facility is secure with staff living on site. All dogs are evaluated for temperament to ensure safe group interactions.
Emergency Contact
Please provide emergency contact information and your veterinarian's details. We'll contact you immediately if any issues arise.
Agreement & Liability
By boarding with us, you agree to our terms and acknowledge that pets are left at your own risk.
